The 1836 Swedish design log house was one of the first settled homes in Elkhart County. Built by Judge Elias Baker on land titled by Andrew Jackson, this 2 story house constructed of native hardwood logs is as solid as when constructed in the pre civil war years of Abraham Lincoln. Redecorated and restored with modern conveniences.

Our B & B is uniquely situated in a quite country setting centered in the Elkhart County tourist area and the heart of Amish - Mennonite Country. Your breakfast may consist of a tasty quiche or walnut and cracked wheat pancakes served with fruit, other baked goods and dessert.

Testimony from a former guest
" We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this cozy little cabin with the fireplace. The breakfast was fabulous. Our best B&B experience ever. We will be back.

Thanks so much and God Bless."
